Regular internal audit is an essential part of your continuous improvement process. RTOs should aim to conduct internal audits against the relevant standards at least annually.
Our internal audit service has been developed to provide you with a range of choices and levels of audit.
Our services range from a full site audit down to a short desk top audit of specific standards. We can also help you with interpreting and responding to an audit report from the Regulator.
Audits can focus on either the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 or the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF Essential Conditions and Standards for Initial/Continuing Registration).
Our internal audit process:
- identifies risks of non-compliance
- provides advice on how to rectify gaps in compliance
- gives verbal feedback throughout the process and
- delivers a full written report on the findings and recommendations.
